Welcome to my world!
As an underwater and wildlife cinematographer, photographer and producer from Nyinggulu, Western Australia, I have spent much of my life in, on or around the ocean, or embedded in the rugged Australian wilderness. Both of which has given me a deep connection to our oceans and the natural world.
My main mission goes beyond simply capturing stunning images. It's about using my lens to shed light on the incredible diversity of life that inhabits our planet's oceans and wild places, and to inspire others to join me in protecting these precious ecosystems for the future.
Skillset
Multi-Disciplined
As a storyteller and creative, one of my biggest skills is that I can wear multiple hats. I have spent the last 10 years in different industries and roles from natural history, conservation, tourism, fashion, and lifestyle working as a cinematographer, photographer, producer, presenter, and director. This has given me a unique skill set and the ability to be flexible and confident to manage multiple roles and understand the bigger picture from the ground up. I am a dedicated team player or can work diligently on my own and always want to shine positivity, kindness, and a hard work ethic into any project I am a part of.
Access to Rare Encounters
My journey started and continues on Nyinggulu reef where there is an abundance of natural life and pristine wild space above and below water, Nyinggulu is the largest fringing reef in the world. She has been a great teacher in the wonderful world of wildlife shaping me into a multifaceted creative with a diverse range of skills to tell compelling stories that resonate with audiences.
Specialised Practical Skills
In addition to my expertise in storytelling, I bring a wealth of invaluable practical expertise to the table. Holding a commercial skipper’s ticket alongside advanced free-diving certification, dive master and commerical diver ADAS part 1 credentials, I possess a unique skill set finely honed throughout my career. Whether capturing elusive animal behaviours, ensuring the safety of team members as a dive professional, or orchestrating dynamic shots that demand swift execution, I seamlessly integrate these specialised skills to deliver exceptional results.
